The Champion of Ukraine in women handball, Uzhgorod "Karpaty", began preparing for this season.
This was announced by the team head coach Boris Petrovsky. Now, handball players are training in Uzhgorod. They have two sessions per day. Currently, they are practicing at the "Spartak" stadium. On July 22, they will have training period in Beregovo, and then – a traditional training at the Dragobrat. Afterwards, the club management will be looking for sparring teams. According to the coach, two players of the national team – Nataliya Turkalo and Inna Malyuchenko – left the club. Also, Judith Balogh most likely will go to play in Hungary.
As for acquisitions, currently the club consider only one newcomer – the player of Irpin "Podatkovy Universytet" Ivanna Migovich. By the way, she comes from Transcarpathia, namely from Svalyava.In addition, the team has a new coach – Andriy Khimyak from Uzhgorod.
