Former chief of Transcarpathian police took the chief of Uzhgorod police to Vinnytsia

By the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dd. 28 December 2012, Colonel Serhiy Vuchkan, who by this time had worked as the Deputy Chief – Chief of the Criminal Police in the Transcarpathian region, was appointed as the Deputy Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region – Chief of Investigation Department.
By the same order, Lieutenant Colonel Oleksandr Hebesh, who just in July 2012, was appointed as the head of Uzhgorod City Police Station, was appointed as the Deputy Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – chief of public safety. This was informed by the PR department of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region.
Recall, that December 13, at the first press conference after the appointment of Victor Rusyn as the head of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Vinnytsia region, he said that there would be no chief of police from Transcarpathia in Vinnytsia region.
