Today, June 18, in Uzhgorod, there will be the premiere of the films by Transcarpathian director Vyacheslav Bihun "Heart of Gongadze’s Mother" and "Strong in Spirit" with the participation of the latter film’s subject – Yuriy Yatsenko, the first freed Ukrainian prisoner of the Kremlin. The screening is to be attended by the director, who has been on hunger strike since June 12 in solidarity with the prisoners of the Kremlin.
For the first time, the films of the Transcarpathian director will be shown in Uzhgorod (in total, his films were shown at about 100 international film festivals and won about 40 awards).
The screening will take place in the cinema "5 element" in the "Tokyo" TC at 17:30. The admission is free.
