Fatal accident in Tyachiv district: a motorcyclist collided with a car

Yesterday, October 24, at 05:30, Dubove Police Department received report of a car accident in the village of Kalyny.

The investigative team immediately arrived at the scene. The police officers found out that tha accident had been caused by a collision between a motorcycle and a car. The motorcycle driver, a 27-year-old local resident, moving down J. Lennon street, lost control and collided with a car "Audi", which was moving in the opposite direction. The car was driven by a 26-year-old resident of the village of Kalyny.

Both vehicles were taken to the impound lot of ​​the Dubove police station. A criminal proceeding over the incident was opened pursuant to Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the rules of road safety or the operation of transport by persons driving vehicles). The investigation continues.
