According to the Tax Code of Ukraine, in the event of trade fairs, exhibitions, sales and other short-term activities related to the demonstration and sale of goods, an entity shall acquire a short-term trade patent, the validity term of which ranges from one to fifteen days.
The fee for conducting trading activities with the acquisition of a short-term trade patent for one day is 0.02 times minimum wage.
