According to our observations, early vegetables are in considerable demand at the "green" market in Uzhgorod. Buyers are not deterred even by the information about the nitrates content.
So, we offer our readers a "price tag". Today for a kilo of cucumbers sellers ask 8-10 UAH, for cabbage – 3-4 UAH. Early potatoes (1 kg) ranges from 8 to 10 UAH, a bundle of onions, parsley or dill – 2 UAH. White radish (one bundle) and zucchini – 5, tomatoes – 15-18 UAH. As for early fruits, one kilogram of cherries costs 10 to 15 UAH, strawberries – 15 – 25 UAH.
