DoichlandMobil travels across Ukraine from May 14 till June 3 2012. The bus stops in 17 cities and offers a rich cultural and educational program with language animation, with literary reading, film showings, concerts and general information about Germany.
The DoichlandMobil aim is to acquaint the population of Ukraine with the culture and education in Germany and popularize the German language.
The main elements of DoichlandMobil are a rich cultural and informational program which sincerely welcomes all the visited towns’ dwellers. Alongside with interactive linguistic games and contests people will be able to use the internet consulting can be obtained in the mobile internet-café directly at DoiclandMobil. This project should promote a greater public interest to the German language and more active cultural exchange between Germany and Ukraine.
DoichlandMobil is a joint project of the German Embassy, Goethe-Institute, the German Service of Academic Exchange (DAAD) and the German Council of Ukraine (the German minorities’ representatives) and realized with the Culture Ministry of Ukraine support. The project sponsors are the Mercedes-Benz, MTS and Agromat companies.
