Do not miss the mandatory payment of land tax!

Dear citizens – landowners, State Tax Service in Uzhgorod reminds you that, in accordance with the Tax Code, the land tax for 2013 is to be paid within 60 days after service of the notice.

The accrual of tax amount is carried out by the tax authorities, which by July 1 of the current year send a notice to a tax payer. 

The basis for calculation of the land tax is the land cadastre data.

Any land, owned or used; land shares owned are subject to the land tax.

The rate and amount of tax depends on the area of ​​land, as well as on its location and the manner it is used.

In this regard, the State Tax Service in Uzhgorod invites you to come to the tax service by July 1, 2013, and receive notices on land tax.
