Former midfielder of "Goverla" Dmytro Trukhin told about the won lawsuit against the Uzhgorod club after retirement.
– The court made a fair decision because not paying a person salary for 12 months is not normal. As far as I understand, "Goverla" is still not going to pay, so I can not say anything about the payments. This is "Goverla" and Shufrich – and that says it all. Football courts pass rulings, but no one fulfills them. My lawyer and I decided to go another way and brought an action at the state level. If the team does not fulfill the ruling of this court, it will entail some criminal liability or something like that (I do not know how to call it).
In this case, if I were an active player, I would be disqualified. But now I’m out of football and I will try to defend this decision. I did not steal the money and did nothing illegal, I just want to have what I have earned. I am interested to know the motives to have a club for people who have not paid, are not paying and do not intend to pay money to their employees. As long as the FFU allows such things to happen, they will stay afloat. When it is finally clear that the managers of "Goverla" can do nothing, then it will be the end of the club – Trukhin told the Sport Arena.
