Psychologist-adviser of Uzhgorod District State Administration’s Education Department turned to Uzhgorod Police Department last evening with an appeal that the deputy chief doctor of Uzhgorod Perinatal Center for promotion in the adoption of a child requires bribe in the amount $3,000. The doctor was detained by law enforcement officers on the premises of cafe ‘Astika’ during the first part of a bribe in the amount $1,000 at 7 p.m. Money were removed.
On the same day to the Police Department addressed the chief specialist of the Service on Children Affairs of Uzhgorod city executive committee, who said that on deputy chief doctor of perinatal request, he agreed to issue documents on adoption of a newborn and abandoned child. For this doctor promised to give him $500.
