Deputies may transfer to private ownership at least three land plots near houses on Svoboda Avenue.
This became known from the draft decisions, published on the website of the City Council.
Thus, according to one of the documents, it is proposed to sell an individual – Adriana Andrus – 127 square meters at Svoboda Ave., 22/2 for 26,000 UAH.
The site is located on the green area, now it is already surrounded by a fence (pictured).
Another land plot – at Svoboda Ave., 28/52 – is proposed to be sold to an individual Hanna Basarab. This area is much smaller – 22 square meters for 6,018 UAH.
Another land plot – 170 square meters – is proposed for allocation in paragraph 1.35 of the draft decision № 1248 "On approval of land management projects on land allocation."
According to our sources, it concerns a part of the park, where they have at one time attempted to install a kiosk. Then people broke the foundation and put benches and planted flowers in its place. Now, an individual – Magdalena Kokolnyk – claims this piece of land for three years lease. According to our sources, the real owner of the land is one of the local councilors.
The decisiona will be valid only if the majority of deputies vote for them. However, the secretary of the city council shall have the right to impose a veto on them.
