He has been banned from entering Ukraine for 15 years.
The 55-year-old native of Armenia was repeatedly detained for violating migration laws, for which he was deported from Ukraine. Despite the ban, the man returned to Ukraine illegally. In order to avoid the arrest, he changed his place of residence every three or four days.
His plans were thwarted by operatives from the Strategic Investigations Department in Transcarpathian region. Despite the hiding, on April 28, 2020, the criminal lord was detained.
Reports of administrative offenses were drawn up against the man and he was taken to the Voznesensky district court of Mykolayiv region. The court granted the police’s request to detain him and place him in the Mykolayiv temporary detention center for foreigners and stateless persons for a period of six months, followed by deportation.
On Wednesday, July 8, according to the decision of the court, the criminal lord nicknamed "Old" was deported from Ukraine. He has been banned from entering Ukraine for 15 years. Source.
