COVID-19: the situation as of the morning of October 7 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia, Ukraine

The situation regarding COVID-19 in Transcarpathia as 9.00 October 7:

During the past day, October 6, 56 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19.

473 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.

For the past 24hrs, no deaths among patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have been reported. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 313 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have died. 

5453 patients have recovered.  

Overall, as of 9:00 am on October 7, 2020, 10373 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 1038 are health care workers and 588 are children.

As of the morning of October 7, 2030 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". 

21 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod.

1274 people have recovered  

26 persons have died.
5 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized, 725 are on outpatient treatment.

According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on October 7, there have been 239337 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 4597 were fatal, 105970 patients have recovered. During the day, 4753 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
