Citizen of Georgia, who illegally trafficed his fellows to the EU will be brought before court

The Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region submitted to the court a criminal case against a citizen of Georgia who organized trafficking of his four compatriots across the state border of Ukraine (Part 2 Art.332 of Criminal Code of Ukraine – punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to seven years with confiscation of instrumentalities).
It was established that the Georgian who permanently resides in Mukachevo and works as a taxi driver, on the 5th of July 2012 met, lodged, and then drove four citizens of Georgia to the forest in Perechyn districts near the border with Slovakia. The taxi driver took their passports and $ 400, and showed them the route by which they came to a fence with barbed wire on the border line. Migrants crossed the border, and in the morning they found themselves in one of the Slovak villages, where they were detained by local border guards and taken to the Ukraine.
