Cherry blossom in Uzhgorod can be expected in the first half of April

The Japanese cherry, that blooms in Transcarpathia in spring, this year will please Transcarpathians and tourists in the middle of April, the 7dniv.info informs.

Forecasters explain: because of the quite warm weather, the trees in the region "woke up" as soon as in the middle of February. And the relatively warm and snowless March contributed to early flowering of some trees. So, plums, cherries and pears in low-lying areas of Transcarpathia started blooming already at the end of the first month of spring.

In the center of Mukachevo, here and there, some sakuras and magnolias are already covered with flowers. Yesterday uzhgorod.in reported that the magnolia Kobus began to blossom in Uzhgorod.

One of the Japanese cherries blossomed in early March. The tree is unique and it blooms several times a year. Experts believe that if there is no frost, sakuras in Transcarpathia will be covered with profuse blossoms as early as the first half of April. So, tourists should be alert and not miss this wonderful moment.
