On December 18, an exhibition of works by the young Uzhgorod artist Anna-Maria Roman was solemnly opened at the Consulate General of Hungary in Uzhgorod. This mission was performed by the Consul General Jozsef Buhajla.
Anna-Maria is a graduate of Uzhgorod College of Arts and Lviv Academy of Arts. Currently, she teaches at the Uzhgorod Children’s School of Arts. In the diplomatic institution, the artist presented ceramic panels with glass, wire and ceramic enamels. This is the author’s original technique. The artist said that the historical architecture of Uzhgorod and Lviv is the favorite theme of her compositions.
Art critic Mykhailo Syrokhman notes that the artist has found her theme – old city. While studying at the college, it was the theme of her thesis.
