Broken benches, burning garbage cans, stolen flowers are becoming a sad reality of Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)

Once again, vandalism in the center of Uzhgorod. On Teatralna Square, yesterday, vandals broke two benches that were recently repaired and installed by city utilities. A few days earlier, the same happened with another bench. The City Council filed another statement on the destruction of communal property to law enforcement agencies.

Unfortunately, the cases when people steal flowers, set fire to garbage cans, break benches, paint on signs are not uncommon in Uzhgorod. It’s even more a shame that many people start to see it as something customary, common, and acceptable.

  This is our city, our home, so we must take care of it.
