Yesterday, in the evening, a car "BMW" with Ukrainian registration, driven by our compatriot, was going from Ukraine to Hungary through the checkpoint "Tisa", via the "green corridor" lane. While examining the vehicle, border guards had doubts, so it was decided to carry out in-depth inspection in cooperation with customs officers.
During the inspection, they found out that another car had crossed the state border under the registration number of this vehicle. Also, the certificate of registration for the vehicle was obtained illegally.
The case was reported to the National Police in Transcarpathian region. The car, driven by a citizen of Ukraine, accompanied by police officers left the checkpoint "Tisa" for the impound lot of Uzhgorod district police.
