A resident of Uzhgorod district tried to "buy" border guards at the checkpoint "Tisa". Heading home from Hungary, he presented for the control the passport of a citizen of Ukraine. Hoping to avoid additional checks by the border guards, the 22-year-old man had put into a document a 5,000 Hungarian forints bill. Of course, the border guards did not accept such a "gift" and reported the incident to the management. In addition, the border guards found out that our compatriot had left Ukraine with the foreign passport of a Hungarian citizen.
As a result, the man will be prosecuted for two offenses, the press service of the Chop border guard informed.
