On his page, Volodymyr Chubirko shared photographs and information about the BookCrossing in Uzhgorod:
"We have started BookCrossing in Uzhgorod and do not intend to stop. Today, together with my friend, entrepreneur Volodymyr Komarnytskyy, we presented Uzhgorod libraries (where booths for BookCrossing are situated) more than 50 books of world famous and Ukrainian authors. I am glad that Transcarpathian writers – Andrij Lubka and Mykhail Roshko joined the initiative.
I sincerely believe that we will start in the regional center this culture of free exchange of books, so we will be replenishing these street libraries until the initiative starts working.
