The journalists of the "Electronic Complaint Book of Ukraine" decided to create a blacklist of online stores. All online sellers have been included to this blacklist of online stores because the users wrote a complaint about them. "Leave your impression of the store here. We do not want to discredit anyone, but only want online shoppers to know where they can be cheated, which online stores do not perform warranty and so on. Each of you can add an online store that has cheated you, describing the cause and, if possible, providing your email address – we’ll add a complaint to the list, which will be posted in Internet" – the "ECBU" promised.
Blacklist of Ukrainian online stores is based on the information from ordinary buyers who leave their feedback – all complaints are taken not only from the "Electronic Complaint Book of Ukraine", but also with partner sites. This is public information, each store owner can contact us with a request to remove the store from the blacklist, we will send a secret shopper to make sure that the store has changed – if not, it will be shamed twice as much.
