The press secretary of the Prosecutor General Larysa Sargan reported about this on her Facebook page.
Offices of the Security Service of Ukraine under the procedural control of the Prosecutor’s Office in Transcarpathian region, detained persons who were engaged in illegal transportation of large amounts of potent substances across the state border of Ukraine.
During the searches at the place of residence of one of the detainees, law enforcement officers seized about 120 kg (!) of narcotic substance.
The price of this amount at the black market is $ 10 million.
Urgent investigation measures are being taken.
