Minister of Emergency Situations Viktor Baloga advises the ex-president and ex-colleague Viktor Yushchenko not to run for the parliamentary elections, or at least stand for majority constituency himself.
"Now I see that Yushchenko is going to stand for the elections to the parliament. This is the election, in which he will be punched from both sides – left and right. He does not deserve it," – wrote the Minister of Emergency Situations in his Facebook account. Viktor Baloga believes that Yushchenko shouldn’t run for the parliamentary elections and announce "the union of right forces". "Do not go to these elections. They are not yours (just like in 2010). You will not be understood. I ask you not to bring losers to the elections. As a last resort, if you want to be in the parliament, then run for majority constituency. This will be of benefit both for the government and opposition, and most importantly – for Ukraine", – Baloga advised.
