July 22 is the deadline for filing tax returns on VAT for June 2013.
The Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region remind that the Tax Code of Ukraine allows entities, that report each calendar month, to submit a declaration to the territorial authority of the Ministry of Income within 20 calendar days after the last day of the reporting month. Since the twentieth day of July, 2013 falls on a day off, then, according to para 20 of Art. 49 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, the declaration of VAT can be submitted on the next day following the holiday.
