At tomorrow’s executive committee they are going to commit a crime – Volosyansky

At the tomorrow’s meeting of the Executive Committee, as usually, they will be considering several issues, opposed to by the community of the city – a former member of the Executive Committee of Uzhgorod City Council Oleksandr Volosyansky said.

The former member of the Executive Committee pointed out that the municipality are seeking to register the property on Hrushevsky street. Volosyansky wrote: "Also, by the draft decision No. 15, it is proposed to register ownership for the so-called "foundation" (10%) – the unfinished building of the emergency dispatching service at Hrushevsky street, 35a – which evidently is questionable in terms of law, as you can not even legally call 2 concrete blocks, that are not even dug into the ground, a foundation. All the previous decisions of the City Council on the provision of those two concrete blocks in the lease to "Green Building Consulting" LLC and allocation of the 10 acres land plot under these concrete blocks to the same company are also questionable"

Oleksandr Volosyansky asked to consider that statement an official notification of the crime: "I appeal to the competent law enforcement authorities requesting to check these facts and take remedial actions to correct violations of the law. In passing, I’d like to warn the city government from making such dubious decisions against the will of Uzhgorod residents, because the decision will give greedy developers a "green light" to destroy the green zone by the house by construction of another iron-concrete-glass "monster" there".
