At the “Roasted Lamb” in the village of Lazeshchyna in Rakhiv district, the participants will be competing in culinary skills (Announcement)

Culinary traditions of the Carpathians in cooking over an open fire will be be revived in the village of Lazeshchyna, at the unique festival "Roasted Lamb."

More than 20 teams of amateur cooks, professional chefs, accompanied by folk and pop music, with the participation of popular Ukrainian pop artists, will be competing in culinary skills and cooking lamb dishes over an open fire.

All this will take place in the vicinity of the highest mountains of the Ukrainian Carpathians: Hoverla and Petros mountains, so tourists will be able to climb them or attend a master class on making of sheep cheese at a local meadow.

The ethno-festival will beheld for the first time and will take place at the initiative and under the patronage of MP Vasyl Petyovka.
