Yesterday, September 11, border guards of the Chop detachment detained another group of people from Asia, who tried to illegally get on the territory of the EU.
Thanks the information received in advance, in the section of the department "Knyahynya", stationed in Velyky Berezny district, border guards detained seven unknown persons. None of the "travelers", including six men and one woman, had any IDs. The detainees told the border guards that they were adults and their country of origin was Iran. As it turned out, they planned to go to Germany.
In order to establish the circumstances of the offense and draft legal documents, the detainees were taken to the unit. Currently, they are being identified. The decision on legal liability and further fate of detainees will be taken in court.
