In early December, Transcarpathians will be taught democracy
The 10th Travelling International Festival of Documentary Films on Human Rights Docudays UA will visit Uzhgorod on December 5-13, the Varosh reported.
Festival films will be screened in the Transcarpathian Regional Puppet Theater (Teatralna sq., 4).
This year, educational campaigns and screenings at the festival Docudays UA have a common theme - "There is a choice!" The main idea is to show Ukrainian viewers that each of us always has a choice: to accept the authoritarian, dictatorial regime, or to fight for the victory of democracy.
This festival is a non-political and non-profit event. Its main goal is to promote the development of Ukrainian documentary cinema, the establishment of open dialogue on moral issues of society, human rights in Ukraine, and the formation of public understanding of human dignity as the highest value, creating the foundation for a democratic future.
The travelling festival Docudays UA is held every year and traditionally presents the best movies of the March International Festival Docudays UA in the regions of Ukraine. The 10th festival began on October 3 in Simferopol and will visit 22 regions of Ukraine.
