Chinadievo Palace to meet folk groups in May

Preparations for the festival of medieval culture, which will be held on May 19-20 in St. Miklosh Castle in Chinadievo, are in progress, and it is planned as an international one.
As the festival organizers told, reconstructors will perform to the accompaniment of the music and singing of the Middle Ages in the performance of folk groups live, both in the original and in modern folk-rock cover.

Two groups have already confirmed their participation, these are ‘Spiritual Seasons’ from Kharkiv and ‘Kings and Beggars’ from Lvov.
‘Spiritual Seasons’ are members of many thematic festivals: ‘Novaya Volna’ (in Palanga, Lithuania), ‘Slavyanskiy put’ (Nesebar, Bulgaria), ‘KELTSKA NOC’ (Plumlov, Czech Republic), ‘Suklegos’ (Kaunas, Lithuania).

Lviv band is much younger, after all it was founded four years ago. But the participants have got an exceptional talent: in their repertoire there is old European music, both court and folk. Hence the name ‘Kings & Beggars’. Kings and notables enjoyed court music and ordinary people danced to cheerful one.
