The tree blocked Plekhanov street in the direction from the yards on Svoboda Avenue to Belinsky street, where the reconstruction of the former dry cleaning is currently ongoing. Currently, vehicles cannot go there.
In addition, the tree tore some wires. Most likely, those are not electrical wires, but telephone cables.
The tree fell quite some time ago, but neither rescue workers nor employees of public utilities have been seen there.
