Transcarpathian rescuers received a report that a 31-year-old resident of the village of Hanychi, Tyachiv district had got lost while picking mushrooms in the area of the Mt. Syvulya.
A mountain search and rescue unit of the Ust-Chorna village of Tyachiv district comprised of 4 rescuers and 1 unit of equipment, as well as about 15 people, including relatives and fellow villagers of the woman, were engaged in search and rescue operations.
Given that the mountain is situated on the border of Transcarpathian and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, rescuers of the mountain search and rescue unit of the village of Osmoloda in Ivano-Frankivsk region also took part in the search operation.
It was them who found the woman near the Mt. Syvulya in the territory of Ivano-Frankivsk region. She did not need medical care.
