A Transcarpathian enterprise 8 times underestimated the amount of sold soft drinks

For this it will pay additional 600 thousand hryvnias of excise – informed the State Tax Service in Transcarpathian region.

The manufacturer sold low-alcohol beverage to a company in Kyiv, which distributed products in commercial networks in several regions of Ukraine.

While checking the warehouse, where the products were kept, it was found out that Kyiv buyer gave for safekeeping the products purchased from the Transcarpathian enterprise in amount much larger than that declared by the manufacturer. It turned out that the manufacturer underestimated the amount of sold beverage more than 8 times.

Following the audit the manufacturer was obliged to pay additional excise duty amounting to 600,000 UAH. The company has already paid one third of this sum.
