Yesterday, police Major-General Victor Rusin introduced to the staff of Uzhgorod Department of State Ministry of Internal Affairs a new Chief – Police Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Gebesh.
Gebesh Alexander Ivanovych began his service in police in 1992. Over twenty years of service he has been promoted from the post of patrol police officer to the head of the department. His last post was the Head of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Svalyava, Transcarpathian region.
