A resident of the village of Dyakovo, Vinogradiv District, was driving a "Ford Fiesta" at night in a state of intoxication. The police drew up the appropriate report of administrative offense against the violator and seized his driver’s license.
At night, officers of the response group of the patrol police in Vynogradiv district noticed on the motorway near the village of Dyakovo a car "Ford Fiesta" with the tail lights off. The driver was stopped.
The car was driven by a local resident who was behaving strangely. However, there were no signs of alcohol intoxication. He was taken to the district hospital for a medical examination, where the test confirmed that the driver was in a state of intoxication. Most likely, the man was using methamphetamine.
The report of administrative offense against the violator was drawn up under Art. 130 of the CAO (Driving a vehicle by a person in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication). The man’s driver’s license was seized.
