Mukachevo.net received that information at the scene of the incident. The front and engine compartment of the black 5 Series BMW completely burned up. The mobile forensic laboratory and officers of Uzhgorod police station are working at the scene.
According to preliminary information, it was the car of the head of Uzhgorod Municipal Economy Department Oleksiy Kasperov. This was reported by several sources of Mukachevo.net in Uzhgorod mayor’s office and in law enforcement. Meanwhile, the information that the head of Uzhgorod City Council department is involved was confirmed by the Mayor Victor Pogorelov who was present at the scene.
