In Transcarpathia, a 10-year-old child was found after an overnight search

All night, the police were searching for a young boy who had disappeared the day before. In the morning the child was found and brought back home. Juvenile police officers are now talking with the family. The disappearance of the 10-year-old boy was reported to the police by his mother, a resident of the village of Ilnytsia in Irshava district. The woman reported that at noon on October 6, her son had gone to see his friend and was staying there until 7 p.m. Then he left his friend’s place and went in an unknown direction. 
The entire staff of the regional police was sent to search for the child. 
Throughout the night, Irshava police officers and dog handlers were searching for the child in all corners of the district. In the morning, the boy was found in a hayloft in the village of Ilnytsia.  
Juvenile prevention inspectors are now talking with the child and his parents to find out the reasons that prompted the child to do that. 
The boy’s parents are suspected of an administrative offense under Article 184 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, that is child neglect.
