Being in public without a mask or respirator. Walking in groups of more than two persons (except for exigency of business and accompanying children). Being in public places for persons under 16 years of age without adult supervision. Visiting parks, squares, recreation areas, other than pet walking and exigency of business. Visiting sports and children’s playgrounds. Holding mass events involving more than 10 people 
According to the head of the Ministry of Health Maxim Stepanov, the new team of the ministry is working closely with all agencies and authorities to finalize the resolution during the day and take into account the opinions of all parties.
