Hungarian stuffed nearly 4000 packs of cigarettes in his foreign car

A 47-year-old citizen of Hungary managed to hide nearly 4000 packs of cigarettes in his car "Renault".

The Hungarian tried to leave the territory of Ukraine through the crossing point "Luzhanka". But the border guard together with customs officers found in his car smuggled tobacco, hidden under the gearbox, under the rear passenger seat, behind the driver’s and passenger’s seats, in a luggage compartment and under a covering of the rear wheel arches.
Discovered tobacco products, as well as the car, as a means of transportation of contraband worth more than 45.5 thousand hryvnia, were seized, the press-service of Mukachevo border detachment informs.
